Abbott offers free standard delivery within Canada.

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays, pending item availability and credit card verification. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise and circumstance beyond our control, but we know you’re excited about your purchase and will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Please note that purchases may not be shipped to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not secured.

International Orders

To determine the cost of shipping for international orders, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view shipping costs on the review page of the checkout process and select your service. International shipment dates can vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control.

Overseas Custom Fees

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the sole responsibility of the customer. Some orders may experience customs delays which are unfortunately out of our control, as we have no way of predicting what these might be or when they might occur. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Abbott, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Abbott. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Please make sure you double check shipping information as we are unable to re-route packages.

Abbott is not responsible for damages due to shipping. All merchandise goes through strict quality control before shipping.

Missing Parcels

It is important you fill in your correct address when ordering. Abbott cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Please email us if your garment does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame. Our next step will be to lodge an enquiry for you with the relevant postal service. The postal service will then get in contact with you with an update. The whole process can take up to 2 months. It is best if you can have your items delivered when you are present as our courier does require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a secure daytime delivery address.
