Refund + Exchange
You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a return on an item. All scraves must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have both the original hangtag and care content label attached. Returns that are requested outside of the initial 7 days will not be accepted and are considered final sale.
Return/exchange requests may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your invoice number and the reason for exchange. Abbott must authorize all returns/exchanges. Upon approval, instructions will be emailed for the return/exchange along with a return authorization number (RA#).
All returns/exchanges must be shipped to us within 7 days of return authorization approval. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise Abbott reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions above.
If you decide to return an item(s) you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Abbott. Please note this amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Refunds will be issued in the original form after the returned merchandise is received, reviewed and approved. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Please handle your Abbott scarf with care. It’s handmade and very delicate. Although alpaca fibre is very durable, the woven designs make our scarfs delicate. Snags can occur if it’s not cared for and stored properly.
